Accra Met University and Durban University of Technology Seal Groundbreaking Partnership

Accra Metropolitan University (Accra Met) and Durban University of Technology (DUT) in South Africa have signed a landmark Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), paving the way for dynamic and mutually beneficial collaboration. The agreement, signed on Thursday, March 27, 2025, in Accra, aims to foster academic excellence through cooperative initiatives, promoting cross-cultural understanding and friendship between the two institutions.

Key areas of focus include:

– Integrated Learning Programmes: Joint academic activities, research projects, and student exchanges to enhance knowledge sharing and skills development.

– Faculty Exchange: Collaborative research, teaching, and mentoring opportunities for faculty members to strengthen academic ties.

– Student Mobility: Exchange programmes enabling students to study abroad, immerse themselves in diverse cultures, and broaden their perspectives.
